I had a great experience at Riverside Modern Dentistry. The staff was welcoming, professional, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. The hygienist was thorough and gentle, and the dentist took the time to explain everything clearly without rushing. The office is modern, clean, and runs on schedule. It’s clear they care about both quality of care and patient experience. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and friendly dental team. A huge thank you to Susan, Mayra and William Nguyen, you were all just amazing.

Today’s visit was such a blessing. I met with Dianna, Gabe, Dr. Chao and Susan— each one of them were so informative, talked through everything that they were doing and even explained what they had done after. Very kind, truly caring staff! I would recommend to anyone looking for a dentist! Will be coming back!

My experience here at Modern Dentist has been the best ever. I have always had fear of dentist but Dr Cho and his assistant Rosa has made me feel very comfortable and has been very attentive and patient making my anxiety level go down. I would recommend them a 100%.

For being my first time here after 2 yrs of seeing a dentist, I was impressed. Rosa the X-ray tech was very friendly and helpful. Dr. Billy was knowledgeable and informative toward my concerns. I will definitely bring my family to this location after experiencing in our previous dental office a scare fright.

I was absolutely blown away by the amazing staff from greeting the front reception, to the techs, the Dr. Cho. Came in to get 2 root canals, and was amazed at how I didn’t feel discomfort or pain during or after the procedure. Always made sure I was comfortable with the procedure along with explaining everything was going to take place during appointments. I have had bad experiences in the past with other dental offices, which led me to debate in coming in first. My only regret was not coming in sooner! Already have my family scheduling appointments with this office! Definitely recommend to all who are in search of a dental office!

All staff here are incredibly welcoming, kind, and helpful, best service I have ever experienced! We saw Dr. William and he was very clear in explaining everything and the whole process. Definitely will recommend everyone to come!

I recently had a deep cleaning at Riverside Modern Dentistry and was very impressed with the care I received. A big shoutout to Paige the hygienist, she was knowledgeable, patient and gentle throughout the procedure, she explained each step clearly and made what could’ve been an uncomfortable experience much easier. Also the entire staff was professional, nice and caring. Thanks for the excellent service!

I broke my existing crown right before I was planning to leave for vacation. Riverside Modern Dentistry was able to fit me in as a new client next day for a same day permanent crown replacement. It was efficient and the staff are very friendly. The crown feels great, I highly recommend.

New year, new insurance, new dentist—and I couldn’t be happier that I chose Riverside Modern Dentistry! From start to finish, my experience was top-notch. I was impressed by how quick and efficient they were—no waiting around like at other offices I’ve been to. The doctor personally greeted me before the X-rays, introduced himself, and asked about any concerns I had—something I’ve never experienced at any other dental office either. Once in the patient room, the hygienist carefully explained everything in detail and went over the treatment plan. Susan at the front desk was amazing, walking me through pricing and insurance coverage instantly and thoroughly. Dr. William was incredibly thorough, asking if I had questions after examining each thing and making sure all my concerns were addressed. I felt listened to and cared for throughout the appointment. I’ve read the rave reviews before choosing this office, and now I can confidently say they are completely deserved. Riverside Modern Dentistry provides service, professionalism, and care like no other—I’m beyond impressed!
